A little something about me, the man behind the glass.
I am a 30-something carrying a Canon 30D DSLR that tries to capture life around me since 2006. My one and only glass I carry is the Tamron 28-75mm F2.8 which has served me pretty well so far. Prior to that I owned a Nikon Coolpix 5700 and one other Nikon film camera before 2002.
Photography to me is about being able to shoot at the right time and at the right place. Having no formal training except books and magazines, I think the best way to improve on photography is firstly to keep shooting. To back that up is to see what others have shot and understand how and why the photograph ends up that way. I consider myself a late starter in photography but I hope to improve as I shoot.
